At Algoza Solutions OPC Private Limited ("we", "us"), we want you to be satisfied with AlgoOCR. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request a refund for your subscription purchase.

1. Free Trial Period
AlgoOCR offers a 7-day free trial for every new user. The trial provides full access to all features, allowing you to evaluate the software before making a purchase. No credit card or payment is required for the trial. We encourage you to thoroughly test the software during this period to ensure it meets your needs.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
- The software fails to perform its core functions (OCR, document conversion, translation) as described on our website, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- A technical issue on our side prevents you from receiving or using your Activation Token, and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the software (the free trial exists for evaluation purposes).
- Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements (Windows 10 or later).
- Issues caused by factors outside our control, such as your internet connection, third-party software conflicts, or hardware failures.
- You violated our Terms of Service (e.g., attempted to bypass licensing).
- OCR accuracy on specific documents does not meet your expectations. OCR is an inherently imperfect technology, and results vary based on document quality, scan resolution, and text clarity.
4. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following in your email:
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your Machine ID.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant screenshots or error descriptions (if applicable).
5. Refund Process
- We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
- If the issue is technical, we may first attempt to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.
- Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Upon refund, your Activation Token will be deactivated and your Subscription will be terminated.
6. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds. Subscriptions are either fully refunded (within the 7-day window) or not refunded at all. Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, there is no recurring billing to cancel.
7. Service Discontinuation
If we choose to discontinue the AlgoOCR service, all users with active Subscriptions will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their subscription period.
8. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing us with additional details. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
